Headed by renowned French film director and actor Jacques Perrin, Galatee Film Productions is completing a new film about the world's oceans scheduled for release in the fall of 2008. The Galatee team has received the support of the Sloan Foundation on behalf of the Census of Marine Life and has been working closely with Census scientists to ensure the scientific accuracy of the film.
