The various deepwater projects of the Census were prominently represented at the 12th Deep-Sea Biology Symposium [1]held in Reykjavik, Iceland the week of June 7th. Approximately 250 scientists attended the international meeting that included talks and posters from MAR-ECO [2], ChESS [3], CenSEAM [4], CeDaMar [5], and COMARGE [6] scientists.
